Cardio
Comprised of short to long interval blocks on one of our state-of-the-art treadmills to elevate your heart rate, burn calories, and improve overall cardio health.
Resistance
Using everything from dumbbells to battle ropes. Simple bodyweight exercises help you develop lean muscle to improve metabolism and joint stability.
180 Second Finisher
Short high-intensity interval training followed by short rest for 180 seconds (3 minutes). We want you to feel you left every fitness class giving it your all.
All group workouts also include a warm-up and cool-down and take place over an hour-long class. We utilize light therapy throughout our workouts. Plus, our brand-new fitness training studio in Bartlett, IL boasts state-of-the-art treadmills, battle ropes, and resistance equipment.
