SUMMARY:Salute to the Sacrifice - Donation Class
DESCRIPTION:May 25th\, 180 Red Fit will be hosting a special Memorial Da
 y Donation class called "Salute to the Sacrifice". This workout's sole p
 urpose is to challenge our members as well as honor our fallen warriors 
 who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. We will have two t
 imes available for a 90-minute challenge for anyone who is willing to pa
 rticipate and push themselves.\n\nSalute to the Sacrifice is a donation-
 based class. In order to participate a donation of $30 is required. $20 
 will go to The Midwest Shelter for Homeless Veterans\, and $10 for the c
 lass and special memorabilia once you complete the class. The Midwest Sh
 elter for Homeless Veterans is a non-profit agency that provides housing
 \, supportive services and community outreach to help homeless and at-ri
 sk veterans and their families achieve self-sufficiency. www.Helpavetera
 n.org\n\nWe are accepting cash/check donations whether participating in 
 the class or just supporting our cause through June 2024. No amount is t
 oo small! The foundation is also in the need of commissary items such as
  toliet paper\, toothpaste\, paper goods etc. We will have a donation bo
 x in the studio through June 2024 for all donations.\nClass times are 10
 :15am and 11:45am. 90 minutes to complete the challenge.\nWearing Red\, 
 White\, or Blue is highly recommending for the class!\nAny and all are w
 elcome! Whether a member or thinking about becoming a member of 180 Red 
 Fit\, we welcome all to participate and support this great cause!\nA Cel
 ebration will be held after the classes for all participants.\n*Once for
